Digimon to return to American TV and give all of our lives meaning again

Digimon review | ThePopFairy.com

Let’s face the facts…

Pokemon may have the better card and video games, but show-wise Digimon was always far superior. The first season had an iconic cast of characters and a secret island theme that was totally ripped off by Lost. Some of you may think I have lost my mind, but re-watch the first season and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Digimon history

Well thank the heavens, Digimon is finally set to return to our television screens (unless of course you live in Japan, where it’s never left).

Saban Brands has required the rights to more than 250 half hour episodes and is planning to debut the newest season, Digimon Fusion, in Cannes, France at the MIPCOM.

Now raise your hands in the air and let’s all sing together now: HALLELUJAH, HALLELUJAH, HALLELUJAH!
